Report pulling through new added drop down list

Hello

I have a number of reports where I have added additional drop down selection options but when i try to add these to existing reports they do not come up as an option

Report there is no Feasibility/Design status to add

This is the source sheet i have removed Design and replaced this with Feasibility/Design

How do i get the report to link to the current source sheet and not a historical version, I though the system worked in real time?

Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for it to update. Try manually refreshing the Window/Tab.

This doesn't work as this has been updated for some weeks and i keep going back in to work out why it isn't working and I have now given up and asked for help.

Do you have any other ideas on why this is happening on a number of my reports?

Your screenshot is of the columns to add. did you mean to add this into a filter? Is it not showing up there?

I want to add a Feasibility/Design column into the report so I can pull this through onto my dashboard. I have added Feasibility/Design to the Status Column drop down list on data sheet which the report pulls from but when I try to tick this box to add it as a column in the report it isn't available like the other drop down options.

Does this make sense?

I've shared 2 sheets with you to review, I want to pull into the report a column for Feasibility/Design counting the number of entries from the School Pool Opportunities Fund.

I also have this issue on another report for a different area of the business so it would be good to know what I am doing wrong.
