Report View: Different on phone than computer

On the computer, we are able to sort our report by resource but it does not show up that way on everyone's cell phone and tablet, is there a reason for this?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots of what you see? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Hi, yes here below,

On the computer when you look at the report you are able to Group by "Field Crews" as per below, but on the tablet or mobile phone (second snap shot) it will not shoe up this way. We need our crews in the field to be able to see the schedule grouped like it shows on the computer screen @Andrée Starå
