Sheets slow to load

We are experiencing very slow load times on everything Smartsheet. Minutes go by with the bar repeating its journey left to right over the words: "Please stand by while Smartsheet is loading."
Sometimes refreshing works, more often it does not.
Then the dreaded: "Due to network connectivity or feature updates, Smartsheet is experiencing slow loading times."
This is client invoicing day and I need Smartsheet to function in order to get out invoices out.

The Support team has been able to identify the cause for the slow load times you're experiencing and they've implemented a fix. You can subscribe to updates on this from our Status Page, here: https://status.smartsheet.com/
