I've started using smartsheet as document / drawings management and building the Quality Management System into smartsheet.
Question - Attachments and Proofing are complete separate functions with no link in between the two?
Attachments has versioning control + able to add up issued drawings / documents.
Proofing is a separate function but identical to above with added benefits of being able to mark up pdfs during review and ask / record approval. Once approved it can / does not move to attachments.
Any tips / examples for using smartsheet for technical document / drawing storage would be great.
