workflow how to change more than one cell value

Hi all,

I would like to change the calue of three cells if a checkbox is activated, but the smartsheet workflow only supports "change cell value" for one cell.

Is there a workaround or solution for this?

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Would it work to change one cell and then that changes the others as well by using a formula?

I took another solution:

If a check value "all checked" is manually activated than "check1" and "check2" and "check3" should be activated by workflow and "change cell value".

Solution: 3 workflows, each workflow will run when "all checked" is activated

1. if "all checked" is activated than set "check1" by "change cell value"
2. if "all checked" is activated than set "check2" by "change cell value"
3. if "all checked" is activated than set "check3" by "change cell value"
