Bulk User Upload - won't inload
All -
I'm trying the bulk inload of users for the first time to add about 400 non-licensed users to my account.
I downloaded their CSV file temlate, added my user data (from a Smartsheet sheet). I have uploaded it into the Import Users screen, the "Import" button seems to be enabled, but clicking it does nothing.
Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions? Is there any formatting that needs to be done in the CSV file? All help appreciated :-)

Hi @MCorbin
It sounds like all the steps you went through are the correct ones! Can you try splitting the data in half, trying ~200 at a time? What about trying from a different browser, or incognito mode in Chrome?
Let me know if either of this has worked.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thanks @Genevieve P - I'll try those things and see if they help.... It's pretty time critical, so I'm desperate! :-D

Hi! Did smaller batches work? I'm in the same boat and cannot import users - the button does nothing. I have a few hundred I am trying to import by EOD.
Thanks,
Sammy

Oh sorry - yes. I had to break it into batches of 50

Thanks! That's...annoying...🙃 but glad to hear it worked that way! ty for the quick reply!

Hi Genevieve,
I am having the same problem with importing via a .csv file, and batching isn't working for me. My original files had 46 users, and cutting that in half didn't produce a different result. I also tried recreating the .csv file and that too didn't help. I can import them one at a time but I am expecting another 150'ish users so if I can get the bulk import to work, that would be preferable. Any help you can provide would be great.
Thanks,
Steve

46 users should not be an issue, so if your file is formatted correctly then this would be unexpected behaviour. Please reach out to the Support team with a copy of the file you're using for the upload and screen captures of the error you're seeing!
Thank you,
Genevieve

I'm having the same problem. I split the file down to 50 users and still having problems. Any suggestions from the group? FYI - I'm on a Business License

Ok - I had to get the list down to 25 for the import to work

Ok - it worked the first time but not the second time. I'll reach out to support - seems like a bug.
