Prepopulate form

Hello anyone,

I'm working on this form. Please i need some help. I created a form and i want to prepopulate some field before sending it out to the customers. I have attached a picture for you to see. I want to able to prepopulate. products, facility and TD (contact) then file number rows before sending out the form.

Notes: these rows changes due to different customers requesting for different products, using different facilities and file number. Do you know anyway I can do this. Please also tell me different ways I can do this.

I don't want a dropdown list, or automation.

You could use the URL-query feature to have the form pre-filled.
