Resource Allocation - Resource Not Showing Up
Hoping someone has a good clear answer to share. I have a few project that I have resource allocation enabled. I have folks on the Assigned To field. However when I run my report, I only see a fraction of those folks.
In some cases my assigned folks I've made up emails for them to add them to the contact list, but they all have name and email.
Any thoughts to share would be appreciated. Thanks

They don't have to be licensed users, but they have to be added to the account as users.
Pro-tip. You can add machines or similar resources as well. You add and invite them with an email, but it doesn't need to be confirmed. It could be something like machine1@yourdomain.com.

Hmm I was just looking through some additional documentation. Looks like the Assigned To isn't what makes them eligible. I suspect they have to be added licensed users per this article. https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920-manage-users-multi-user-plan
