How to show target milestone in addition to actual start finish columns?

The sheet has the columns: Target, Start, Finish, Duration, Predecessor

Is it possible to show the TARGET date on the gannt view (preferably as a milestone) in additional to the actual start and finish bar?

I don't want to create extra rows to show TARGET as 0d.

Please tell me we have this feature :)

Try out this new feature called baselines?

You have to initiate it from GANNT view but it essentially archives your original start and end date as targets and then measures the variance between them to show you if you are ahead or behind schedule.

One thing to note: Set all your deadlines before you turn on the baseline column.

Another thing to note, you can set multiple baselines so if you need to track variance a certain period down the road once timelines have adjusted, you can do that too!
