Way to track all of the reports created from a sheet
Is there a way to see a list of all of the different reports created from a sheet. As I understand it, when you make a change to a column (type/name/etc.) you have to manually update all the reports that have an instance of that column. Its already cumbersome to have to remember the columns I've used in my own reports, but now I'm running into issues where I find that colleagues have made reports off of a shared reports and are unaware that an update was made.
If there is no way to track all of the reports that exist from a sheet, what do other companies do as best practices in order to avoid these issues?

I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Best Practice (or at least what I do sometimes)
Create a Master Reference sheet with either the Sheet and the reports that reference it or the Report and the sheet that is referenced.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
