Subtract minutes from Hours

Greetings,

I'm trying to subtract minutes from a set number of hours and display the amount of time left in HH:SS.

For Example:

There are 10 hours available for testing but totally the environment came up 35 minutes late.

I know it is something simple but I'm missing it.
