Converting from Trial to License user

Best practice in adding new person onto Smartsheets. We have an open license, but the new user is currently using the free trial. How do prevent any loss in data & ensure easy transition?

Hi Bob, no worries. You can grant them a license and anything they created during their trial will be unaffected as long as their trial has not expired. Make sure you grant the license to the same email address they were using to log in during their trial.
