Indent / Subtasks not working

I have a file with primary column that has indented rows, as well as some start / end dates. Why does the parent row not switch to summarizing the outputs of the subtask dates? Thanks in advance for guidance!

Doublecheck your Project Settings and that the correct Date Columns are selected.
