Data Shuttle - Skipping rows that need to be updated

I am using Data Shuttle to connect to an Excel file in OneDrive. I use a unique identifier column to look up that column in Excel and map it to the Sheet I want data updated to. I mapped the rest of the fields. It worked fine until few days ago. Now it is updating some rows, but not all. the Unique identifier has not changed. I deleted the workflow and created a new one, but it is still skipping some rows that definitely have updates.

Suggestions/help is appreciated. Thank you

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I am having the same issue. There should have been a total of 11 updates, but only 8 were updated while the other 3 were skipped. Is there a way to find the logic behind why certain rows were skipped?
