Sending attachments from smartsheet - From @smartsheet

Hi, We are beginning to use smartsheet to send documentation and updates to clients, the issue is that the email comes from (user)@smartsheet, which causes an issue with some clients security and also does not look professional is it is not from our company email account.

Is there a way to change / personalise the email from address?

Hi @Derek Meldrum

If you're on an Enterprise plan or higher, (and if you're a System Admin) you can set up a custom email domain for automations that are sent out from Smartsheet.
