vertical text in generated forms

Hi all,

I have uploaded a pdf to be filled with some vertical texts. I have been careful to double check that the original pdf has been done correctly with the relative vertical texts correctly displayed.

Now, when I upload the pdf in smartsheet to generate a form, the system returns me a pdf with none of the vertical texts I have previously set.

Does anyone know how to sort it?

I would exclude the original pdf as the source of the problem, but at the same time I can't find anything on smartsheet to be responsable of the problem

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
