I have a question about calendar filters and sharing.
A collision calendar was created from a form. On this calendar are a combination of different groups and management levels calendars.
Filters were created based off the individual calendars to toggle on and off, however, my question is if I want to share a specific set of info on the calendar that can be toggled on and off; how can I share a filtered calendar either by a link or on a dashboard.
If I posted the collision calendar on a dashboard and select a filter it does not save so if someone goes to visit the dashboard they see all of the calendars instead of the filtered view.

Hi @Pete Photis
If you're looking to lock the Calendar to this filter, what about creating a specific Report with the filter, based on the source sheet(s), instead? (See: Create Filter Criteria to Control Data in Report Builder)
Then you can Publish the Report with a default Calendar View and embed it as a Web Content Widget into your Dashboard to show only the filtered tasks. Would that work for you?
Cheers,
Genevieve
