Renaming the email to Corporate ID

Hi Team,
There are couple of issues. Based on the security level, these emails are marked as External with a warning. Secondly, the email ID appears as below
From: Gaurav Chauhan via Smartsheet <automation@app.smartsheet.com>
Can I tweak the email id to read my Corporate email ID. is that feasible.

If you have Enterprise or higher, you can set a custom domain.

"If you have Enterprise or higher, you can set a custom domain" - What does that mean and can you give me an example. So if my company domain is abc.com...Can I then setup this ID same as my corporate email ID.
If so, what is the process.
