Backup - What Happens after 7 days?

Hi Team, After creating a manual backup, I got the below message wherein all the sheets have been downloaded in Zip Excel format. Will these go away after 7 days. Can this be made atleast 30 days or so.

"Your Smartsheet backup for Product has been completed and is available at the link below.

Download Backup file

You can use this link to download your backup anytime in the next 7 days.

The Smartsheet Team"

That message is in regards to the link in the email. You can click on that link to download the backup to your computer within 7 days.

If you go back to this email in a few weeks time, the link will no longer be valid and you will not be able to download the backup. However, if you had previously downloaded the file, then the file in your computer will be there, no problem. Does that make sense?

Yes, absolutely. Thanks for help.

Also, I see that Automated or Scheduled Backup is a functionality that ties to the Subscription model.

However, I see that periodically creating a copy/saving as New works better than Backup because latter only supports Sheets and downloads them into excel whereas a Copy is same as original.
