There have been no recent changes to how you share sheets or provide different permissions on a sheet. See: Niveaux d’autorisation de partage

Keep in mind that if you are sharing a Report users will need to have access to the underlying Sheets in order to see data displayed. You can Publish a Report instead of Sharing it if you don't want to share the sheets. See: Partager ou publier votre rapport
