Can a form request a link rather than an attachment?

Sheets can have links to documents added as attachments rather than attaching the document itself. Forms can be configured to request an attachment. Can Forms be configured to request a link as the attachment? The intention being to have the link included in the sheet under the attachments column.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Add a specific field where they can add the link and then copy it to the attachment area in the sheet.
