We keep getting this message, but only on one of our sheets, we have done everything to pas by this problem, but nothing seems to help? Is there anyone who can help? The problem is reported case number is 04875163.
This could be from a number of things including exceeding sheet limits. Do you have any cells that contain a long string of text?
And the strange thing is, that we could get into the sheet one day where we did not make any changes and the next day we could not open the sheet.

They will probably also ask if you have experienced this in any other browsers or if other users are also experiencing it.
If that doesn't work, it may be that the sheet just needs refreshed on the back-end to clear a bug somewhere. In that case they will need the sheet name/id/url.
(In case you didn't notice, I have had to go to support more than a couple of times. Hahaha)
We have already tried the different solutions that Smartsheet suggests, and have also tried to order a back-up, but it could not be formed ??
I hope we do not have to contact them so many times. They are not that easy to get in touch with.

I would ask them if they could refresh it on their end (if they have not already). Otherwise it may be a case of having to rebuild the sheet from scratch.
I will go to great lengths not to make the sheet from scratch again. It is our main sheet, with about 300 links in and 60 links out to and from other sheets.
