    @Genevieve P.

    Thanks for the helps. Didn't realized this note previously.

    As you can see from the pictures I attached, 2 different department are working on their own sheet. One for DC registeration, and the other is the checklist from Engineering Dept. I would really prefer kind of collaboration automation on transferring the latest Document Status to engineering dept. is there any way to do that?

    By far, the only thing I could figure out is:

    1. Set up an Update Request to one team member in charge
    2. This person needs manually tick a checkbox (or similar field) in the Request Form
    3. Then, this checkbox will trigger the desired Automation

    Any better solution?

    Thanks.

    It looks like your pictures didn't load, would you be able to attach them again?

    From your description it sounds like we could use a cross-sheet formula to auto-populate one cell (the Status cell) with a value from the other sheet, is that correct? This would act similar to cell-linking, using a unique identifier in each row to match the values across sheets.

    Another option would potentially be to create a Report to gather the data from both sheets.

    Let me know if I've misunderstood the process and I'd be happy to help further!

    Cheers,

    Genevieve
