Row level information updates.

Is it possible to create a row level form, if not is it possible to make an update request link for a specific row that remains open and does not just disable after one use? I want my client to be able to use the link to freely update and change row info without giving them access to the sheet directly.

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible. Forms only ever add info as a new row entry. Dynamic view might help here but I don't have experience with it. The next best solution would be to create a report which filters down to just that row. However, they would need access to the sheet in order to use the report.
