Notifications not being sent? How can I tell?

It seems as though not all notifications are being sent from an automation. I have added an additional step to send a copy to me, which I receive, but the users say they are not ever getting the original notification to them. Is there no way to see the notifications that have been sent by an automation?

    Yes, you can see some information in the Activity Log.

    Aren't any of your users getting the notification?

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
