Where did the row#'s go using @mention in automated tasks?

Did Smartsheet change this?

Thanks,

  • Hi @Jeana

The row number should still appear for row-level comments, with the Primary Column's cell data next to it:

If you don't see the Row number, is it possible that this comment is a Sheet Level comment?

Sheet Level comments won't have a row number associated with it in the email:

Let me know if this was the issue!

Thanks Genevieve, we found this happened on ROWS but it's since resolved itself, according to other members of my team. I wasn't able to test it after you replied but they say the row #'s are back!
