Dashboards and Graphs - Graphing data from largest to smallest
For my graphs, I would to see them graph from largest bucket to smallest bucket. So this chart here would start with ITAdmin and then roll down to the smallest:
Since this is cumulative data, I don't want to manipulate the master report to be largest to smallest since the data can change on a daily basis. Any way to do this?

I haven't tested this, but sorting in a report should save and automatically update. Have you tried sorting the report largest to smallest and then seeing what happens when something changes enough to where the labels should be moving around?

I'm not sure I can do that with my report since the data is in separate columns and not all one column:

Ah. So the labels are your columns. Not the rows. Hmm...
How many different sheets is this report pulling from?

It pulls from 9 different sheets. So if I wanted to do this, I would need to put the departments as rows so that I get one columns with the total data, correct?

That would be my suggestion since it is pulling from 9 sheets.
