I really appreciate this community. Its hard when you don't see your coworkers everyday and you have to learn a new tool. When I send a Smartsheet via email it comes thru like this? How can I add the TITLE in the blue area? Thank you!

Is that your company's logo? If so, then your company admin has uploaded that static image and if you want to change it then it will be modified for everyone in your organization that sends an email/notification via Smartsheet.

If you are using an Automation email you can customize the subject of the email and the message and use specific cell data in your title depending on what triggers the automation. See this article for details: Customize the Content of Your Alerts and Requests.
