Having an error in published dashboard

Hello, I have a situation where I have a published dashboard and I see an error message that reads " Smartsheet app only, You're currently viewing a published version of this dashboard. This content can only be viewed in the smartsheet app". I tried to remove the widget and another one its still the same. Can anyone point me to what needs to be checked?

What type of widget is it and where is the data coming from?

It's a chart widget and the data is coming from a report.

Update - I recreated the same widget again keeping the old one as it was, the new widget works fine with the old one continuing to give the same error message.

It sounds like you may have just had a little bit of a bug in the first one.
