Placeholders and Recurring Reminders?

I have a sheet set up where an update request is sent whenever triggered. The update request contains dynamic placeholders in the text. {{ }}

When I attempted to make the update requests recurring, an error box popped up. Apparently, "Placeholders cannot be used when the Run workflow: setting is Hourly, Daily, or Weekly"

Can someone help showcase an alternative option that would allow me to send recurring updates for the same update requests that haven't been responded to? We have requests falling off for weeks at a time due to those who aren't proactive with the process...or should I say, inboxes!

Hi @Maram Mohamed,

I hope you're well and safe!

You'd need to add a Workflow for each hour that you need to trigger with a condition, so it doesn't trigger when it has been responded to.
