update unique format

Hi team,

currently working on Smartsheet project in which multiple users updating one of the excel/word file format, currently each user update separate excel/word file for updating information, so in Smartsheet any possibility/method to share one single word/excel file for all the users and all users save and update information only this single file(word/excel) using smartsheet.

sharing word/excel file contains multiple formula and pivot level information which is not possible to create in smartsheet so we are trying to sharing and update single excel/word file to all the users.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Use the file and as long as not multiple people edit simultaneously, you could download it and upload it as a new version.
• Use an online storage/service and share the link instead
