How to show names of issue submitters on dashboard?

I am tracking issues logged, and want to show the names of the ppl logging issues on a dashboard. I only want to show the name once, even if they've submitted multiple issues. Ideally this would appear as a list, with the name in one column and the number of issues they've logged in the column next to their name.

Have you tried creating summary field on the sheet, then adding the summary field to report for use in your dashboard?
