Hi everyone

Any way to have a contact list shared with two or more licensed users? We have contractors’ employees and often they change email address or newly added.

When user-one adds a new person too their contact list it does not appear on the second user’s contact list.

At this time, Smartsheet Contacts list is private to the user—you are the only one who can see it. However, if you assign a task or share a sheet to one of your contacts, that contact's email address will be visible to other people who have access to the sheet.
