Personalize Feedback From clients

Question

Hi, I am using a smartsheet module to book appointments for my clients to make some medical visits and I send them via mail the booking reservation after they compile an appropriate module I build. I have two questions:

1) Is it possible to use formatting option (color, bold, ...) in the message sent via the automation process?

2) I would like them to confirm to me the reservation by updating the line but I DO NOT WANT them to have the opportunity to "Send me a copy of the answers" (see image)

of the updated line because I do not want them to receive the sheet summary (See image) .

Is there a way to hide the question "sendme a copy..." ?

The Approval Request process was a great idea but... sadly the bastard checkbox is still there!!! ;O)))

Unfortunately, it's not possible now to do either, but both are excellent ideas!

Unfortunately, it's not.

You could use the Approval Request feature instead (I don't think that checkbox is included)

Would that work/help?
