Is smartsheet able to calculate schedule variance as a percentage?

I want to calculate the variance percentage in my schedule. I get the variance days but not sure how I can calculate the percentage. Is there a way? Maybe a dashboard or report. I've tried both and no luck.

You would need to include a helper column on the sheet. In this column you would divide the variance by the NETWORKDAYS between the two dates.

=Variance@row / NETWORKDAYS([Start Date]@row, [End Date]@row)
