Certification display
I completed and passed the Certification exams yesterday. There is a link to view and download the certificate but it is not working. How can I obtain my certificate?

It looks like there was a bug that has now been resolved! (See here) Linda, let me know if you can access your certificate now.

Congrats on completing and passing the exam! That's very exciting.
In regards to the certificate, @Paul Newcome is right that there have been some changes - yesterday we launched Smartsheet University. Please see this announcement post here.
With this launch, certifications will be badges in the future, however I am not sure what happens to the previous certifications. I believe they should still be accessible in your Smartsheet University account, under your Profile.
If it isn't there, please reach out to our Support team (here) and they will put you in contact with our Certification team for clarity on this, or you can comment on the announcement post linked above.

@Genevieve P. Thanks for your response. I did reach out to the Support team. The links in Smartsheet University just take you in a vicious circle. Even the link on the Profile takes one back to the Smartsheet University page. I just received an email as well indicating passing the certification, and again, the link on there goes to the same place. Maybe they will figure it out. Thank you @Paul Newcome for responding as well

I will be reaching out to the support team as well because I too got stuck in that loop in the University. That's the first place I checked before commenting.

Thanks for the info (as always) @Genevieve P. I ended up having to email Debbie because (as my luck would have it) I still can't see mine. Hahaha. Technology hates me. I am pretty sure I will be the first target when robots take over the world. 🤣
