Automate the 10k ft panel in smartsheet

We use the 10kt ft panel to sync up resource allocations from smartsheet, but we often forget to click the "Update All" button after we've made changes to a project plan. Is there a way to automate the syncing of 10k ft? I wish every time the project plan was saved, the 10k ft sync would just occur automatically. The manual click is difficult to remember, which leaves our analytic reports invalid and fails to prefill timesheets for each resource appropriately.
