Recommended format

Hi there,

I'm looking to track daily activities of field staff. This involves broadly tracking daily tasks but perhaps more importantly location of staff in the field (who is where and when) and the work vehicle they are using (we have about 13 that are shared among staff). How would you recommend approaching this?

One way could be to use QR codes and the mobile app.

• Scan QR code
• A form opens in the mobile app
• Either they select who they are and more, or it's already coded in the QR code
• Add GPS location
• Submit

You can either create them in an app, online service, or in Goggle Sheets.
