Why can't i Delete my 'Recurrence for Sending a File Attachment'
Multiple users have set up a re-occuring email and now we want to delete but it's faded out and we can't edit/delete. I am an admin user so thought i would have full rights? Please help.

You won't be able to delete past emails that have already sent out, however you should be able to Edit the recurrence or Delete the future scheduled emails as long as you have Admin or Owner permissions on the sheet.
When you go to the "Send as Attachment" window, do you see some rows with two arrows in a circle, and some without? The rows without the arrows are ones that have already sent and are in the past. The rows with the arrow-circle are the ones that have a recurrence associated with it.
The first green arrow below is for an email that's already been sent as a one-off, which I will be unable to delete or edit . The second green arrow shows one that has a Recurrence attached, so I can edit it:
If this isn't what you see, could you post a screen capture of your Send as Attachment window (but block out sensitive data). It would also be helpful to see a screen capture of your Sharing window, too, to confirm what type of permissions you have.
Cheers!

I am the owner of my Smartsheet and am unable to edit reoccurrences. Any insight as to why?

That specific alert does not have a recurrence attached to it.
See how in my screen capture some of the rows have two arrows in a circle on the left, and some don't? Yours doesn't have the circle arrows which means that either it was a one-off alert or that the recurrence has passed the end-date.

To set up a recurrence for sending a file attachment does not work. Email never delivers

Hi @gtag
Is it possible the email is going to your spam folder?
-
No, its not. I finally received a PDF, but it is not set for EST. If I set the time for 9am. I receive the report at 12pm.

Hi @gtag
Is it possible that your Personal Account Settings have the timezone set to PST?
The Report or Sheet should be using your Account Setting as the timezone to send the attachment (versus your computer's timezone).
Let me know if that helped!

That is exactly what that is. I never set that up. However, why did it take so many attempts to finally start receiving?
Thanks for the tip

I'm glad we were able to sort out the timezone discrepancy! Thanks for letting me know.
If you stop receiving emails again in the future, here's an article with a number of different troubleshooting steps to go through: Issue: Email Not Received from Smartsheet
