Update form functionality - entry cannot be changed
I have an issue using automation rules to have SmartSheet fields updated via forms being send to task owners.
The functionality as such work fine.
However, I have multiple date fields included in the form but the 'Planned End' date seems to be read-only in this form whereas the other ones can be updated. I can't detect any differences in the column settings.
Anybody has an idea?

Are you using the Dependencies feature? Is the column selected in the Project Settings?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

The column is selected for the form it just is not editable as you can see in the picture

It's open for editing in smart sheet as such and I don't see any column properties settings

I agree that it would be helpful to know more about your sheet - could you share a screen capture of the Project Settings window open?
Another reason that a field may be uneditable in an Update Request is if the cell contains a formula. Are you using formulas to populate this column?
