Communicating calendar/resource to organization

Hi,

Hope someone has an idea/knowledge to guide me in the right direction.

I am setting up a form that will allow everyone in the organization to request content from the Marketing team. So all requested data will come into a sheet, where each task will be assigned to a person in Marketing.

Now I would like to show a calendar/resource view that can be communicated to the rest of the organization to be transparent in showing when they can expect their work to be carried out/when people are already booked.

What might be the best way to do this?

You can also view reports in calendar view, by the way! Try changing the view of the report to calendar and see if that works for you.

Have you considered setting up a report that shows the current status of each task and providing an ETA on the task itself? It might be confusing for a lay person to parse a resource view, but giving them a report of their requests with estimated completion dates could be helpful.
