Update several sheets using a base report

I have 30 employees and they each have their own sheet/form to record time in SmartSheets, however, sometimes I have to update the data in that sheet and I have to go into each individual sheet to update it. Is there a way I can create one template and when that template gets updated, everyone's sheet gets updated with the same data at the same time?

Not sure I follow.

You could use a report to see everything together.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
