Send Automation Email(s) once in 24 hours

I have created a workflow where particular contacts will get notified whenever a row is added/ changed. I have no issue with the multiple emails due to change in multiple rows. I want the workflow to get triggered with change but it should send all emails once in 24 hours like in the evening just before office closing.

Please guide me if it's possible. Thank you.

Set up a Modified (date) type column. Then in your automation you can set the trigger to run based on a date value, select "Custom" and set that to every 1 day and save that portion, then at the bottom portion of the trigger set the time.

Finally you would want to set your condition to when Modified has changed to any value.

In first screenshot, it doesn't show time option. I'm not sure at which time it'll send emails.

In second screenshot, it doesn't show Request Date changes to any value.

It's not allowing me to run on daily basis.

It looks like you are using {{placeholders}} in the body of the email. If you are using placeholders, the only sending option is as soon as it is triggered.

I decided to set the trigger based on date (i.e. to run every day at end of office hours) with the condition "where data is today" so it'll send all such email to contacts of cell at any selected time after office hours.. may be 6 pm, 10 pm etc. It's working perfectly.
