Cannot share a workspace


Hi all,

I'm currently trying to share a workspace and I get the following error message: "This workspace can't be shared at this time".

The same error message appears to anyone who is trying to share it with new users.

Is there a reason for that? Could you please help me to solve the problem?

    Hi @Teto

    Is it possible that the Owner of the workspace has reached a collaborator limit, based on their Account type in Smartsheet? For example, the Pro Plan has a limit of 10 collaborators on an item (see: Complete Features List).

    If this isn't the cause, can you try fully logging out of Smartsheet then logging in again, or test it from a different browser? It would also be helpful to see a screen capture of the exact error message you're receiving.
