Form not working

Hello everyone,

so my issue with the form - I have several forms (I am not the owner for all of them) that do not work correctly. Everytime that I try to submit it, it loads for a long time (15 minutes average) and then a red error message pops up :

I am not sure where is the problem? It tells me to contact the owner, but not the reason for why it is not working.

Try it in another browser, in incognito/private mode, and on another device.

If that doesn't work, and if you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
