Is there a way to have multiple people fill out the same form
So I have a form that is filled out partially by the user initiating the form. An alert is sent to the person in the 'Assigned To' field. Let's say the ID on the form is #4.
I would like for the assignee to be able to open the form and fill out their portion of it. They will not fill out their portion of the form at the same time they receive notification. They should be able to come back to form ID #4 at any time and update information in it.
Basically I am asking is there a way to save information in the form then submit the form when ready. All the information for form with ID #4 goes on the same row in the associated smartsheet.
I hope this makes sense!

I hope you're well and safe!
Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
Have you explored using Update Requests instead?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

I set up update requests which works well BUT the Update form does not include the Dividers, Headers and conditional logic I added to the form. The only option I have is to include or not include fields when I set up the update request workflow.
Do you know if there is a way to retain all of my edits to the form in the Update form?

One more question, after I submit an update to the form via the Update Request email, if I try to re-open the form because I have further updates to make I get a message that "the link has already been used or canceled".
Do you know if there is a way to keep the link active?
