Why don't my update requests come via email?

Hello. I do not receive notifications of update requests. The update requests are being created, and show up in the "Requests for You" section on the home page, but no notification (via email or push notification) is coming.

I would like the person in the Assigned To column to receive a notification via email. I have a license so I shouldn't be limited in the amount of emails that are sent out.

    Ensure that you've checked the Sheet Change Notification Settings box to Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner).

  • I had already checked "Include my changes in sheet notifications in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the lower-left corner)" before writing the question. I really can't figure out what the issue is.

    If you're receiving the notification in the App, then this means that the workflow is running properly and the most likely cause for not receiving the email is that it's being filtered out by your spam or junk settings.
