microsoft project import problems

When i import my SMartsheet XML export into my corporate MS Project environment, I only get a subset of fields and some data is changed. Has anyone else experienced and corrected this problem?

Hi @RYoung

Since Smartsheet and Microsoft Project differ in their functionality, it can happen that the exported sheet displays differently in MS Project, but this will depend on your current set-up and what you are trying to bring across. (See: Export to Microsoft Project)

You may want to copy data from Smartsheet and paste it into MS Project instead, using keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command+C and Command+V (Mac).

If this doesn't explain the difference you're seeing, it would be useful to see screen captures (but please block out sensitive data).
