Backup ''On Hold''

Hi,

I seem to have problem with my backup. Some are ''On hold'' so I don't received it as usual. Anyone knows what's the problem?

    Can you try requesting a Manual backup and see if that works? If not, try this with another internet connection, preferably with a hard line connection and without using a VPN (if applicable).

    If that still hasn't helped, please contact Smartsheet Support so they can determine the root cause with the following details:

    1. When did the attempted download take place? Date/Time/Time Zone.

    2. What is the expected size of the download/backup?

    3. What is the size of the partial download on previous attempts?

    4. Email of the downloading user?
