Repeated Custom Message on Alert/Notification
Hi Team,
Can you please confirm on the process to limit the Custom Message to just once. It is bizarre that the customer message is being repeated a number of times that equals to the no of Open tasks being reported.
I deleted the custom message for my other notifications but wanted to check for a work around this time. Can the message appear just once irrespective of the count of tasks being reported.

Hi, I think I know why because I am using placeholder between curly bracket {{ }} which is leading to creating multiple message that ties to each row data.
Let me try one without {{ }}
